Minimum Version for the SUISA Report (2022) are Version 8.0.8 or higher!
How
- Open The Station you want to export from
- Go to Dataset> Analysis > Special history report
- For Report Type, choose SUISA 2022
- Under Options, fill in the station name and put a semicolon as a delimiter
- For each song field, choose the corresponding MusicMaster field.
- Asset ID needs to be a unique identifier
- Mandatory fields and general information about these fields is explained in
Grundtarif S 2020 - 2022 Anhang I
- Once you're finished, go back to Report Setup and select the desired time range.
- For included categories, choose Music Categories.
- Press Print and select where you want to save your report.

You now have a CSV file from MusicMaster, but for the SUISA report you need an XLSX format with the correct time format (HH:MM:SS).
- Open the Suisa Converter: https://suisaconverter.musiccompanion.ai/
- Upload your CSV file - the tool will automatically convert it into the correct format.
- In just a few moments, you will receive a properly formatted XLSX file, ready for submit to SUISA.
