MusicMaster Reconciliation reports "Error: -2147217887 - Error in an operation consisting of several steps". process consisting of numerous steps. Check the status values.

Cause:

The as-run log or logfile of the playout system [1] is empty or has an error.

Solution:

• • Is the file complete?
  • Are the times consistent and chronologicalIdentify the "log" resp. "as-run file"?
  • Are all ID's of the elements present?
  • Does it have special characters?
• To do this, ideally make the comparison with a file, which was/is previously in use was / is and works.
• With the manufacturer of the playout software, fix the identified error.
