System Requirements

The table below provides an overview of the system requirements for running one or more instances of deliver.media engine. 

(A): Audio only
(V): Video only
. * If your system does not meet these requirements, operation of the deliver.media engine. is still not excluded. In this case, it is best to contact our team. (support@swissmediapartners.ch) 

Other requirements

In addition to the system requirements, for a smooth operation of of the deliver.media engine. other criteria must be met 

User

• 1 Service User with access to all necessary directories and resources. (e.g. svcsmp or svcdme etc).
• 1 Admin User with local administrator rights for maintenance and support. (e.g. adminsmp or admindme etc).

Rights:

For the deliver.media engine. (with "service user") must access the following directories. be able to read, write, delete (ideally full access):

• C:\deliver.media or D:\deliver.media
.
• All transfer directories
.
• For example:
  • MusicMaster (transfer) directory \server\mmdata$ or \server\mmtransfer$\.
  • DABiS transfer directory \server\dabis_TRN$\
  .

Virus protection

The following antivirus programs are supported by deliver.media engine.:

• TrendMicro
• Microsoft Defender ATP

Other antivirus programs are not officially supported. The use of a other antivirus program may lead to performance or functional losses. Free support by SwissMediaPartners AG may be declined.

MusicMaster

When using the deliver.media engine. with MusicMaster, the following additional Requirements necessary: 

• MusicMaster (see Requirements MusicMaster)
• Access to the MusicMaster installation directory.
