You simply need to replace the license.lic file in the deliver.media engine application folder and restart the engine

Step by step solution:

• Make sure you have a proper/new license file that is unzipped
• Navigate to the deliver.media engine application folder

💡 Tipp: Click on Tasks and the right click on Tasks. You will see go to application folder

• Rename the existing license file license.lic to license.old (1)

• Place the license.lic file in the folder (2)
• Restart the deliver.media engine
• Navigate to "About" to check

• Done!
• This is also working for deliver.media audioplayer. and deliver.media videoplayer.

Step by step solution for centralized engine. licenses: 

• Go to C:\deliver.media
• You should see a file called engine.lic (different from license.lic)
• Rename it to engine.lic.20XX where XX stands for the past year, or simply engine.lic.old
• Paste the new license.lic that you got from us in the folder and rename it to engine.lic
